Is my subscription start immediately?
No. Your subscription will start after three days of your booking. Three days is the maximum time we need to create a dedicated cPanel setup, adding the Pro version of the website builder and Pro version of the SEO Plan as per your plan.
When my subscription actually start?
Your subscription will start after three days of your booking. You can start building your website as the setup gets completed and you receive the all credentials.
Is setup time is like a trial period?
Not exactly. Suppose your setup gets completed the same day of your booking or anytime before the 3rd day of your booking and you receive all required credentials to access your cPanel, then you can consider the remaining time before the start of your subscription as a trial period.
Why is this setup time needed?
It’s not possible to align all free pro plugins automatically as these are from different vendors. Setting up your account is needed to align and assign your booked plan with committed plugins.
What happen if my setup take more than 3 days?
Due to any unforeseen circumstances if your setup took more than three days then your monthly or yearly subscription will start only after the completion of your setup. In such a case, you are free to cancel the booking and get the full refund before the starting of the subscription.
Can I get full refund on cancelation of my subscription/booking?
You will get a full refund only if you cancel within three days of your booking. Once the 3-day timeline has passed and your account gets set up for use, still you can cancel but not get any refund for the paid amount.
What if I cancel my subscription after setup?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. For the monthly plan, no money will be asked after cancellation.
No refund will be given on cancellation after the setup period passed.
